{Urgently Required} Personal Assistant - Secretary

We are an Oil Services Company, located in South Jakarta.  Now, we need a
professional staff to fill the vacant position as:


PERSONAL ASSISTANT


RESPONSIBILITIES

1.        Provide office support services in order to ensure efficiency and
effectiveness within the Company :
·         Maintain the general filing system and file all correspondence
·         Assist in the planning and preparation of meetings, and conference
telephone calls
·         Make preparations for corporate meetings
·         Respond to inquiries
·         Provide word-processing and secretarial support
·         Type confidential documents on a word-processing system

2.       Perform other related duties as required

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES

Knowledge
The incumbent must have proficient knowledge in the following areas:
1.        Office administration
2.       Have good understanding of relevant legislation, policies and
procedures

Skills
The incumbent must demonstrate the following skills:
1.        Excellent in English, both verbal & writing
2.       Team Building
3.       Bookkeeping skills
4.       Analytical and problem solving skills
5.       Decision making skills
6.       Effective verbal and listening communications skills
7.       Computer skills including the ability to operate computerized
accounting, spreadsheet and word-processing programs at a highly proficient
level

9.       Time management skills
