Mass Mobilization Director
To coordinating all of Greenpeace Southeast Asia’s mass mobilization work (both
online and offline). As head of this new hybrid department you will need to
create a clear strategy which merges a number of existing units currently
sitting in a range of other departments (e.g. webmasters, developers, content
providers, social media specials, offline organizers, digital marketers,
mobile innovators) into a dynamic new team capable of achieving ambitions
goals.
Our ideal candidates will working closely with the Campaigns, Communications
and Fundraising Directors this integrated program will build and engage our

Skills required / qualification
* At least 5 years of professional experience with demonstrated results
in campaigning, community organizing or fundraising – ideally in an online
environment.
* Strong management, planning, administrative, financial and
organizational skills, including at least five years of relevant
management experience supervising professionals and/or directing large,
national or international projects.
* Demonstrated success developing and executing integrated online
strategies (where you raised money, organized people to take action
online, generated online action and where all of those pieces worked
together).

DESCRIPTION OF PROJECT
SESAMA (Sustainable Settlement with Economic Security of Uprooted People and Their Host Communities through Strengthened and Adequate Mediation Approach in Indonesia) is an EU-funded project that will be implemented by CARE Indonesia for a period of 3 years in Kupang, NTT. The overall objectives of the project is to provide support in ensuring the sustainable settlement and livelihoods for those new citizens (ex-IDPs) left behind in the recovery process through the group’s active participation in the mainstream development planning and budgeting process. The key activities that will be implemented by the project are: (1) facilitating the developmental processes Planning, Research, Implementation, Monitoring, Evaluation (PRIME) at the community level; (2) supporting community demand for government services through village wide planning, groups’ capacity building, technical assistance, and supporting the fulfillment of general needs of the community on
development/rehabilitation of water system, sanitation, school and health facilities; and (3) developing income and food sources through group organizing and skills training.

PURPOSE

donor funds are used solely for the purposes for which they were
granted and in accordance with relevant CARE Indonesia and donor

B4. Check monthly Project expenditure report for accuracy and
appropriateness. Regularly discuss with Finance Manager
concerning financial reporting issues, errors, trends, payment
delays, outstanding commitments and related matters.
B5. Monitor expenditure on a monthly basis against the approved
budget. Review expenditure projections to ensure that expenditure
stays within budget. Actual or anticipated expenditure variances
against the budget should be included in the monthly report to
line management together with any recommendations for changes to
the budget.
B6. In close coordination with the Administration Unit and/or
Regional Office Manager, ensure that assets purchased by or
provided to the Project comply with asset management guidelines
in the CARE Indonesia Administration Manual.
C. Contract Management
C1. Ensure that contractual compliance obligations to the donor are
understood and adhered to by all relevant Project staff.
C2. In the event of any urgent and serious matters, provide immediate
reports (verbal or written) to line management or Program
Director. Such matters of significance may include:

effectively fulfil their designated roles and where necessary
suggest or plan staff training to fulfil such needs as well as
provide on the job training and coaching/mentoring.

responsibility within project activities and ‘foster’ their long-

Within REPO Program (Refractive Error and Paediatric Ophthalmology Program), we
plan to establishing a sustainable system for school-based vision screening and
the provision of free eyeglasses, developing eye health screening and referral
capacity within health clinics serving the poor, strengthening the referral
system for paediatric patients identified from target schools and community
clinics; and improving the capacity of eye health professionals in East Java to
provide high quality secondary and tertiary paediatric ophthalmic care.
The paediatric ophthalmology unit will be installed at BKMM (Balai Kesehatan
Mata Masyarakat /Community Eye Health Centre) Surabaya. As the referral central
of eye health from the districts and lower levels of health centres in the
community, it is very crucial to have a comprehensive eye health services in
this Centre include the referral for children.
In collaboration with Eye Centre in India, HKI will facilitate the establishing
of Paediatric Ophthalmology Unit (PO Unit) as well as the link with other
resources in the province and national level.
The services will be provided for in-patient, out-patient, and the patients
identified from the community outreach activities.
SUPERVISION:
Paediatric Ophthalmology Specialist will be structurally under supervision of
REPO Program Field Coordinator of HKI Indonesia and Head of Medical Services of
BKMM Surabaya. She/he will be directly supervising the nurses and refractionists
in the PO Unit.
GENERAL TASKS:
Paediatric Ophthalmology Specialist is responsible for the day to day practical
activities in the PO Unit. She/he also has to provide the technical supports in
the topic of general eye health and paediatric ophthalmology topics if needed.
MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
a) Responsible for implementing the day to day activities of the Unit
(in-patient, out-patients and the community outreach activities).

In collaboration with Eye Centre in India, HKI will facilitate the establishing
of Paediatric Ophthalmology Unit (PO Unit) as well as the link with other
resources in the province and national level.
The services will be provided for in-patient, out-patient, and the patients
identified from the community outreach activities.
SUPERVISION:
Paediatric Ophthalmology Specialist will be structurally under supervision of
REPO Program Field Coordinator of HKI Indonesia and Head of Medical Services of
BKMM Surabaya. She/he will be directly supervising the nurses and refractionists
in the PO Unit.
GENERAL TASKS:
Paediatric Ophthalmology Specialist is responsible for the day to day practical
activities in the PO Unit. She/he also has to provide the technical supports in
the topic of general eye health and paediatric ophthalmology topics if needed.
MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
a) Responsible for implementing the day to day activities of the Unit
(in-patient, out-patients and the community outreach activities).
b) Supervise the ophthalmic nurses for the Unit.
c) Provide technical supports in area of general eye health and paediatric
ophthalmology topics for the program.
d) Coach the residents and refraction academy students on the practical
activities in the Unit.
f) Update the data and any necessary information.
g) Provide regular report as planned in the time plan to the supervisors.
h) Perform all the duties related to the PO Unit assigned to and report it
the supervisors.
i) Progress all other work that may reasonably be requested by Helen
Keller International and BKMM Surabaya from time to time in line with the
objectives of the job description.
DESIRABLE QUALIFICATIONS
· Ophthalmologist (Eye Specialist) / Paediatric Ophthalmologist, degree
from qualified university.
· Female/Male, 25 – 40 years old
· At least 1 year experiences the practical in the clinic, hospital or
community centres include the surgeries.
· Experience in the vision camp at the communities.
· Knowledge about the public health services system in Indonesia is a
plus.
· Civil servant is a plus.
· Written and oral English is a plus.
· Fully computer literate.
· Patience and kid-friendly approach skills.
· Communicative and interpersonal skills.
· Strong leadership skills.
· Efficiency, flexibility, drive for results, respect for diversity,
creative thinking, and punctual.
· Understanding the socio-economic and cultural environments and impacts
of eye health program.

cluster yang per-clusternya terdiri dari 7-8 lokasi, dengan alokasi biaya 25jt
perlokasi yang diambilkan dari dana BLM PLPBK. Jadi 1 cluster mengalokasikan
dana untuk Tim Pendamping Pemasaran (Task Force Marketing) sekitar 175jt s/d
200jt.
· Jumlah lokasi per cluster PLPBK kabupaten Boyolali sebanyak 3 cluster.
· Tim Pendamping Pemasaran PLPBK (Task Force Marketing) melakukan
koordinasi secara intens dan berkala kepada Tim Teknis PLPBK Kabupaten dan
Korkot PNPM Mandiri Perkotaan Kabupaten Boyolali.

Pelajar Indonesia, Sato Foundation menyediakan beasiswa ke Jepang untuk pelajar-pelajar dari negara-negara ASEAN dan sekitar termasuk Indonesia. Sato Foundation menyediakan beasiswa program undergraduate dan graduate untuk bidang studi Agriculture dan Life Science di University of Tokyo, Jepang.
Sato International Scholarship Foundation, for October 2011/April 2012 scholar
Qualifications:
- Self-supporting international students from countries specified by the foundation (see below for the list of specified countries), who are/ will be enrolled in the regular course. (With a “College Student” visa)
- With enough Japanese language ability for study/research.
- Enrollment period of the course currently enrolled in should be more than one year from October 2011 (However, this does not apply for those enrolled in the doctoral course).
- Parents should not be working in Japan.
- Not holding a doctorate degree.
- Interested in international understanding and friendship and able to participate in the foundation’s exchange activities.
- Not receiving any other scholarships.
However, students who are receiving a scholarship this academic year, but will not receive any after April 2012 are eligible to apply for April 2012 scholar. Countries specified by the foundation:

Joint Japan World Bank Graduate Scholarship Program 2012

Joint Japan World Bank Graduate Scholarship 2012 kembali dibuka kepada pelajar dari negara-negara berkembang yang tergabung dalam anggota. Simak info beasiswa luar negeri Joint Japan World Bank Scholarship 2012 berikut:
The World Bank annually awards five scholarships to the PPT program. The first level of screening of candidates will be done at Yokohama National University. The final decision regarding scholarship recipients will be made by the World Bank.
The scholarship covers a monthly allowance of JPY170,000 (the amount is subject to change), and a round-trip air ticket to Japan plus a travel allowance of JPY60,000. The monthly stipend is intended to cover living, commuting and other incidental expenses during the student’s study period. The next scholarship program runs from April 2012 to March 2014. This cannot be changed under any circumstances. In addition, the scholarship covers tuition, entrance examination and admission fees. Travel expenses for some program-sponsored field trips are also included.
ELIGIBILITY
Applicants should:
- be between the age of 25 and 45;
- be nationals of a World Bank borrowing member country;
- be mid-career professionals in public service;
- be of good character, a team player and active in extracurricular activities;
- hold, at minimum, a Bachelor’s degree or its equivalent in a development-related field; and
- have at least four years of recent full-time professional experience in a field related to economic development or public policy, in the applicant’s home country or in another developing country
The following applicants are NOT eligible:
- those currently pursuing a Master’s or PHD program in industrialized countries;
- those who have had one or more years of training/studies and/or residency in an industrialized country;
- permanent residents/nationals of industrialized countries;
- Executive Directors, their Alternates, and staff of the World Bank Group (the World Bank, International Finance Corporation (IFC), Multilateral Investment Guarantee Agency (MIGA) and International Center for Settlement of Investment Disputes (ICSID) including consultants, as well as their close relatives.)
Priority consideration will be given to applicants who:
- are 35 years old or younger,
- are currently holding an official position in the field of tax administration,
- can receive an official leave of absence during the period of study,
- are planning to return to the equivalent position (including the current one) in their home country after s/he completes the program,
- are recommended by appropriate government agencies,
- submitted GRE scores.
